Le Golden Globe du meilleur film musical ou comédie (Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy) est une récompense cinématographique décernée annuellement depuis 1952 par la Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Historique
Cette récompense est née de la scission du Golden Globe du meilleur film (Golden Globe Award for Best Picture) décerné de 1944 à 1951 et exceptionnellement en 1954.
De 1959 à 1963, la récompense a été scindée en deux catégories :
- Golden Globe du meilleur film musical (Picture - Musical)
- Golden Globe de la meilleure comédie (Picture - Comedy)
